kitchen. The bedroom has 2 single beds with quality mattresses which can be pulled together if necessary and there is a double
pull-out sofa-bed in the living room, allowing up to 4 guests to stay here.
It is on the third floor of a traditional building in the very centre of Madrid, which was recently renovated.
The apartment itself is stylishly decorated, modern and clean. It has air-conditioning,
heating and a free broadband ADSL internet
connection (4 Mb/s speed) and use of a computer. You may also bring your own laptop and connect via ethernet or WiFi to the Internet.
There is a telephone with free local and incoming calls.
The open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped and the bathroom includes a hair-dryer, shower, wash-basin and toilet.
The apartment has a lot of natural light and has two balconies looking on to the small
pedestrian street below.

| The Apartment is located at Calle Barcelona 7, just round the corner from Madrid's most central square,
the Puerta del Sol. It is a one-minute walk away from the Sol Metro station which is served by lines 1, 2, and 3. From Sol you
go up Carretas street, take the first left on Cadiz street and then the first right on Barcelona street, which is a small
pedestrian street
