With the booking information you provide and your expected dates of arrival and departure, we will respond by email or fax as to what is the actual availability of your apartment choices. Only when you wish to proceed to booking do we ask that you provide us with your Visa or MasterCard credit card information. CONSIDERATIONS All bookings are based on a three-day minimum stay. ALL charges are non-refundable so you may want to take out some form of travel insurance. Check-In time is 2 to 7PM and Check Out by 10AM. Key pick-up and drop off is at our centrally located office. We do offer an Early and Late registration program. Supplemental services are available to enhance the pleasure of your visit. There are no phone lines in any of the apartments, but mobile phones may be provided for your use with talk time purchased by credit card at ATMs all over town. Though still prevalent throughout Spain, NO SMOKING is permitted in any of our apartments. Tobacco smoke contamination is considered the same as physical damage and fabric cleaning expenses will be charged to your credit card. BASIC PROCEDURES and SERVICES Upon arrival at our office we will take a copy of your passport, credit card and finalise billing Insurance Deposit and Supplemental charges. A set of keys will be signed out to you at which time your responsibility for the apartment and its contents commences until you sign the keys back in upon your departure. Keys not returned to our office will be automatically billed the Retrieval Service fee. Normal wear and tear is expected, but a damage deposit will be required. We offer both an Early and Late registration program, subject to a half days rental fee. This service needs to be reserved before your arrival and becomes part of your non-refundable booking fee. Linens and Dry Cleaning Linens and towels are provided based on the number of people who will be staying in your apartment. As part of the weekly apartment cleaning linens and towels are changed or, should you wish, more often for an extra charge. Should you have guests visiting during your stay extra linens and towels can be provided at a cost shown in the below table
Dry cleaning and laundry with pickup and return is also available for a charge. Damage Deposit All apartments are fully furnished and include Spanish antiques, paintings and decorations for your interest and possible purchase. Many of our apartments are privately owned. We ask that you specify the type of damage deposit you wish at the time of finalising your booking. Your choices are either an Insurance Policy with a daily rate of 1.5 Euros per person, or a Lump Sum Deposit with a one-time charge of 145 Euros per person. The Insurance Policy will be charged at time of booking, while the Lump Sum Deposit will be charged upon your arrival. Subject to our inspection of the apartment shortly after your departure the Lump Sum Deposit will be refunded. Regardless, both deposits only cover accidental damage. Theft, wilful damage or destruction will be charged at replacement or repair cost on your credit card. Key Retrieval Service If you foresee not having time to pass by our office upon departure you will want to contract for our Retrieval Service and leave the keys in the locked apartment. This service needs to be reserved before your arrival and becomes part of your non-refundable booking fee. Cost: 27 Euros
