- To complete your booking, a 10% non-refundable deposit is needed. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 15% of the total charges is required to finalize the booking (by credit card or transfer). The outstanding balance should be paid by cash on arrival. A signature is required to show the client agrees to leave the apartment in the same conditions as they found it. Damages and repair costs will be charged to the guest's credit card. This also applies to the loss of the apartments´ keys.
