The apartment caters for 2 guests but there is also a comfortable double sofa-bed in the lounge, allowing a maximum of 4 people to stay at any one time.
Comfort is the key word when describing the Apartment Sant Pau. The fully furnished apartment is situated on the second-floor of a simple buidling, and the apartment has been decorated with ease of use and simplicity in mind. The new, modern furniture and parquet-style wooden flooring gives the rooms a open an airy feel, and the spaciousness you feel is coupled by the natural light coming in through the windows. It is comfortable enough for a couple, although it can also accomodate four people (which would be good for those on a family vacation). There is also a brand new kitchen,which has many useful appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, oven, and kettle. The Mediterranean style bathroom in the apartment comes complete with a shower, as well.

| The residential area of Raval provides the location of Apartment Sant Pau, which is only a short walk from the centre of Barcelona and just two blocks from Las Ramblas. The port and Maremagnum mall are within the immediate vicinity, and you can acces them by metro (take the Green Line to Liceu). |

- To complete your booking, an initial non-refundable deposit is required. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% is also needed to finalize the arrangements (payment by credit card or wire transfer). The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival or credit card.
- Cancellations with more than 15 days the notice have a fee of 20% of the total accommodation cost.
If a client cancels between 15-3 days, the cancelation charge will be 50% of the total accommodation cost.
Cancelations less than 3 days incurr a cancelation charge of100% of the total accommodation cost.
