This 60m2 apartment is situated on a quiet street in the middle of the lively and vibrant Barcelona city. Medieval architecture, Gaudi’s and Picasso’s art, and dozens of museums and monuments make the area very popular, and the myriad of shops, restaurants, theatres, and tapas mean you are spolied for choice of things to do. The Apartment Rambla del Raval has recently been renovated, and the facilities are modern and functional.

- To complete your booking, an initial non-refundable deposit is required. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% is also needed to finalize the arrangements (payment by credit card or wire transfer). The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival or credit card.
- The pre-payment amount will be returned if the cancellation takes place in the 2 months prior to your arrival date; however this will be less expenses (up to 20%).
If the cancellation occurs within the 2 months, the owner will reach a reasonable agreement. The amount of your transfer will be returned, minus expenses (up to 20%), in case he has been able to rent the apartment at least, under the same conditions.
