Recently renewed, refurbished and decorated with stylish furniture, the apartment is also very large - in fact, it is a spacious 60m2 and is very sunny. It is situated in the cross road between the Gothic, Borne and Barceloneta neighbourhoods
Spacious and sunn, the Apartment Harbour Palace 2 is a great family choice apartment, as it is around 60 m2 in size, and is situated on the third floor in an elevator building, which means you are just far enough away for the street to let your hair down and to let the kids play without fear of them dashing off down the road. The apartment has recently been renewed, refurbished and decorated, and the result is a very stylish apartment that is full of modern furniture. It has a very open feel to it, and all of the appliances are up-to-date and easy to use. The apartment can accomodate between one and six families, and isn't too far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Good transport links mean that you can travel about with relative ease, and you even book taxis to come and pick you up direct from your room!

The Apartment Harbour Palace 2 is situated in the actual cross road between the Gothic, Borne, and Barceloneta neighbourhoods. The Maremagnum and World Trade Center are very close at hand, and the Gothic and Borne area are also nearby (in fact, a tourist bus stops right in front of the apartment!). A five minute walk takes you to Las Ramblas, and local transport is easy to find.

Payment Policy / Cancellations |
- Minimum Stay: 3 night(s)
- Al 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% is required to finalize the booking. Payment by credit card only. The outstanding balance (70% + 200 Euros as a security deposit to cover any potential damages) may be paid in cash on arrival. Remember no cash no keys. Additional Cleaning fee: 50 Euros.
Note1: During some dates, the apartments have a different minimun stay and an obligatory prepayment of 100% non-refundable.
Note2: If for whatever reason the client is not ready to leave at the agreed check-out time and the owner or his representative must wait more than ten minutes, there will be an extra charge of 50 euros for every ten minutes or fraction of overtime.
- If the client cancels or modificates between 31 and 60 days before your expected arrival time, you will be charged 75% of the total accommodation cost. If it's between 0 and 30 days or in case of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the total accommodation cost.
