If you want to be near the city, but not far from the beach either, then the Gothic Apartment is a good choice. This 4th floor apartment (no elevator) is suitated in a central spot, and has spacious accommodation, which includes: 2 bedrooms, a living /dining area with a sofabed, and an open kitchen. It also has a roomy bathroom with a large bath and shower, and a TV and Hi-Fi in the living area.
The Gothic Apartment is a very special venue, and it is absolutely perfect for those who wish to be near the city and sea. With the waves lapping on the shore and the distant call of gulls, you really do feel like you are staying next to your very own little slice of paradise. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a centrally located building, and the owner's have taken a lot of care to ensure the atmosphere is a warm and welcoming one. The actual rooms are surprisingly spacious, and have two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed). The bedrooms are seperated by a curtain. There is also a balcony on the master bedroom, which over looks the street below. Equipped with a TV and Hi Fi in the living room (as well as a dining area, sofa bed, and open kitchen), the Gothic Apartment offers everything you could possibly need for your vacation.

El Borne is only just around the corner, and sights such as Plaza de la Mercé (Barcelona's patron Saint), Plaza Real, Las Ramblas, El Borne, Barcelona Harbour Port Vell, and the leisure centre Maremagnum are not to be missed. |

- Completion of bookings will be made only after a 10% non-refundable deposit has been paid. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the total charges is required to finalize the arrangements (credit card or wire transfer). The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on arrival. A signed document stating the guest will leave the apartment as found is required on arrival. If any damage is caused, the cost of reparing it will be charged to the guest's credit card. This also applies to the loss of keys for the apartment. Additional cleaning fee: 35 Euros
