- Minimum Stay: 3 night(s)
- To complete your booking, an initial non-refundable deposit is required. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% is also needed to finalize the arrangements (payment by credit card or wire transfer). The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival . A security deposit of EUR 150.00 is also required and will be refunded on departure.
- The pre-payment amount will be returned if the cancellation takes place in the 2 months prior to your arrival date; however this will be less expenses (up to 20%).
If the cancellation occurs within the 2 months, the owner will reach a reasonable agreement. The amount of your transfer will be returned, minus expenses (up to 20%), in case he has been able to rent the apartment at least, under the same conditions.
