The brand new apartment blocks of Gemelos 22 were finished in the summer of 2003. Equipped with a kitchen, utility room, and washing machine, all apartments have the same layout and are suitable for up to 4 guests. Each room also has air conditioning and heating, as well as a TV and a double sofa bed in living room.
Location is important when you’re thinking of your holiday destination, and that’s why the Gemelos 22 apartment blocks are an ideal choice. These brand new buildings were finished in the summer of 2003, and all the apartments have the same layout and are suitable for up to 4 guests. There is a golf course a few km away, and a short stroll will take you to a hub of restaurants, bars, and shops (not to mention that the Aqualandia and Mundomar are very close at hand). The apartments have 1 fully furnished bedrooms, a spacious sitting room with stylish furniture, and there is also a double sofa bed in living room. There is even a balcony with terrace furniture, allowing guests to sit outside and soak in the atmosphere. The garden at the apartment is big and beautiful and has a very large swimming pool, as well as a children's pool, children's play area, an indoor swimming pool. For the more active traveller, there is also a tennis courts.

| Only a short walk from the centre of Benidorm, The Apartments Gemelos 22 are located in the Rincon de Loix. 500 meters way lies the Levante beach, and the Aqualandia and Mundomar parks are within walking distance. A 40 km drive will take you to the airport and railway station of Alicante, and very close to the new Terra Mitica amusement park. You should allow around 50 min. from Alicante on the N-332 road, or just 30 min. on the AP-7 motorway, exit 65 (Benidorm, Playa Levante). |
