The building that houses these light and airy apartments was only built in 2002. All of the apartments have a balcony, a fully functional kitchen, and a nice bathroom suite. The building is just a 5 minute walk from The Puerta del Sol and 50 meters from the Gran Via.
The Apartamentos Caballero de Gracia are very modern and contemporary as they are situated in a new building (2002) on a quiet street. However, due care was taken to ensure the facade maintained the antique style of the buildings in the area. The Puerta del Sol and Gran Via are not far away, and the apartment offers its guests much more independence than the traditional hotels in the area. Whilst maintaining a very high standard of service, they also have a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, washer, etc), allowing you to come and go as you please, and to look after your own needs if you want to. As for location, the apartments are perfectly situated for those who like to eat out, go partying, or enjoy bars and shops, as it is located next to the Corte Inglés supermarket (only a few blocks away), and close to the excellent Chueca market.
