The apartment sleeps four people, and has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, a living area and a dining area.
Air-conditioning is something that many people don’t think about straightaway when they book an apartment for their holiday, but it should be! Especially if you’re travelling somewhere hot like Spain! Luckily, the Apartment Lorcrimar is a beautifully furnished air-conditioned apartment with 2 community pools set in tropical gardens. The Port is very nearby, and there are often posh yachts dotted about the waters, as this is considered to be the Monte Carlo of Spain. So, if you fancy staying somewhere upmarket and just a little bit decadent, then the Apartment Lorcrimar is for you. It’s also good to know that you can eaily tour the whitewashed mountain villages of Ronda, Mijas, or day trip to Seville, Cordoba, Granada or North Africa via Gibralter from this great apartment. The actual apartment sleeps 4 comfortably, and has plenty of room to accommodate a family.

| Puerto Banus is located in Marbella in the Costa del Sol. Malaga Intl. Airport is only a 40 minute drive away, as is Gibralter Airport. 90 minutes will take you to Jerez Airport. However, those travelling to Seville, Granada and Cordoba Airport should expect a 120 minute journey. The apartments are situated near Mistral Beach. |

Payment Policy / Cancellations |
- Minimum Stay: 4 night(s)
- A non-refundable deposit is required to complete a booking, and a secondary booking deposit of 25% is needed in order to finalize the booking. The balance must be paid plus a refundable Security Deposit of €150 8 weeks prior to arrival (credit card, wire transfer, or bank transfer). On receipt of all payments, directions and keys will be forwarded to you.
- There will be no rental refund unless the unit is re-rented for the same period, if written notice of cancellation is given within 8 weeks. Administration and Service retention of 10% of total rental rate will be retained for all cancellations. There will be no rental refund given after the tenant takes up occupancy.
